Our Services

From custom floor plans to sourcing new pieces when needed, we bring everything together for a home that feels like you.

Upscale Downsizing helps you thoughtfully transition from your current home into a smaller, more manageable space. We focus on the decisions that matter most: what you want to keep, what no longer fits your life or your next home, and how the pieces you love can work beautifully in a new space.
